Anthony Mackie returns as the towering hero Sam Wilson, who has officially taken up the mantle of Captain America. After meeting with newly elected President of the United States, Thaddeus Ross, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must uncover the root cause of a nefarious global plot before the true mastermind is exposed worldwide.
